According to official letter 3234/LĐTBXH-LĐTL:

If the company has plan of annual leave ( have referred to Union executive board’s ideas) and informs employees to have leave, now, employers require employees to work on that leave day, employees will be paid salary at least 300% basing on salary unit of the actual salary of the job being performed, not including day-leave salary for employees enjoying day salary.

In case, employees resigned, loss job or other reason and have not yet use annual leave days, they will be paid salary under regulations under clause 4 article 26 Decree 05/2015/NĐ-CP
